Please note that the submission of a Sponsorship Request Form does not guarantee approval or funding. All Sponsorship Requests must be reviewed and passed by the LiUNA! 625 Executive Board and Membership, a process that may take up to six weeks. Successful applicants will be notified by email. Please note that payment of Sponsorship funds will be made by EFT only.
